Refund & Subscription Policy
1. Scope
This policy applies to paid subscriptions and in-app purchases for BiaX premium features processed through Apple App Store, Google Play, or other platforms designated by the Company.
2. Billing and auto-renewal
Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Charges are billed to the User's store account. Price and plan details are shown on the paywall before purchase.
3. Cancellation
Users cancel through their Apple or Google account subscription settings. Deleting the app does not cancel billing. Access continues until the end of the paid period.
4. Refunds
Refund eligibility follows the app store's refund policy and applicable consumer law. The Company cannot override store refund decisions. For billing errors, contact the store first, then support@barunpartners.co.kr with transaction details.
5. Plan changes and trials
Upgrades may take effect immediately with prorated charges per store rules. Downgrades apply at the next renewal. Free trials convert to paid unless canceled before trial end.
6. Service changes
If premium features are materially reduced, the Company will provide notice and, where required by law or store policy, appropriate remedies.
